چکیده

ABSTRACTAntioxidants in the ethanolic extract of suji leaves (Pleomele angustifolia) have potential as a sunscreen. The use chitosan nanoparticle system is able to protect degradation flavonoids due influence temperature and light. Tween 80 cetyl alcohol play strategic role formation cream preparations. purpose this study was determine characteristics sunscreen with variations 80-cetyl containing active ingredient ethanol encapsulated system. Chitosan nanoparticles leaf (KEEDS) were prepared using ultrasonic agitation. KEEDS made into preparations (T80:SA) FI (3:3)%, FII (3:10)%, FIII (10:10)%. formed observed for organoleptic, homogeneity, type cream, measured value pH, spreadability, adhesion, viscosity, activity UV-Vis Spectrophotometer at wavelength 290–320 nm. Organoleptic data, pH analyzed descriptively, while viscosity ANOVA 95% confidence limit. visually looks homogeneous, brownish white color, soft texture, aroma leaves. preparation 4.74-4.88, O/W. variation T80:SA combination resulted significant differences values dispersion, between three formulas (sig < 0.05).Keywords: alcohol, chitosan, Suji angustifolia), sunscreen,

The surfactant tween 80 enhances biodesulfurization.

In biocatalytic conversions, substrates and products may display inhibitory or toxic effects on the biocatalyst. Rhodococcus erythropolis 1awq could further remove sulfur from hydrodesulfurized diesel oil, and the biodesulfurization was enhanced by the surfactant Tween 80. Tween 80 was shown to decrease the product concentration associated with the cells, reducing product inhibition.

Stability evaluation of celecoxib nanoemulsion containing Tween 80

The aim of the present study was to evaluate the stability of celecoxib (CXB) using novel nanoemulsion formulation. Optimized nanoemulsion formulation of CXB was prepared by low energy emulsification method. Stability studies were performed for the period of 3 months. Droplet size, viscosity and refractive index (RI) were determined during storage. Shelf life of nanoemulsion formulation was als...

Effects of Tween 80 and freon 113 on measles virus.

Measles vaccines were prepared from the same virus fluids by inactivation with formaldehyde or by extraction with ether, ethyl acetate, or Freon 113 in the presence of Tween 80. Tests of antigenic potency, based on antibody levels in guinea pigs, showed that the formaldehyde-inactivated vaccines were more potent than the solvent-inactivated preparations and had the additional advantage of long ...

Behavioral effects of vehicles: DMSO, ethanol, Tween-20, Tween-80, and emulphor-620.

Experimental drugs and compounds that do not easily dissolve in water or saline are frequently combined with vehicles like solvents, detergents, or vegetable oils. Yet very little has been reported on the behavioral effects of vehicles. In this study, we assessed the effects of a vegetable oil (emulphor-620), two detergents (Tween-20 and Tween-80), and two solvents [dimethyl sulphoxide (DMSO) a...
